Ashley Pond the fifth is a raving maniac whose writing journal is too incendiary to link here. Like most 4th generation New Mexicans with English degrees, he spent 5 years at Amazon.com doing everything from voicing the hold messages to making coffee when those BizDev bastards drank the last cup without starting another pot.

He recently completed a sequel to a project in the works since 1792: Ashley Pond VI. They don’t seem to be going away.

This is version 0.57b of this manual. It is a beta version with some gaps. We are grateful for feedback.

The code is the manual has not yet been fully tested against Internet Explorer. Bug reports are welcome.
